  • Hexarelin (aka: Examorelin) is a synthetic analog of ghrelin, a gut hormone, and is closely related to GHRP-6. In fact, Hexarelin and GHRP-6 differ from each other only slightly thanks to the attachment of two methyl groups to GHRP-6. Hexarelin has been heavily researched for its positive effects on heart cell survival following ischemia, cardiac fibrosis, cardiac dysfunction, and nutrient deprivation.
  • Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that increases insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels in men and women, by an average of 181 micrograms/liter. It binds to and stimulates Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) receptors with similar potency as endogenous GHRH. It has a host of other benefits including nootropic effects and reducing triglycerides. Tesamorelin has subsequently been shown to decrease carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT), visceral adipose tissue (VAT), and c-reactive protein (CRP). It has not been linked to significantly affect other pituitary hormones and their respective mechanisms in the body. Additionally, it can improve cognitive function for healthy seniors and patients with an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease, due to mild cognitive impairment.
  • Selank is a variant of the immune molecule tuftsin and has potent antiviral properties in addition to its neurological effects. Antiviral characteristics of Selank were evaluated in both in vitro and in vivo against influenza virus strain H3N2, H5N1 and herpes virus (HSV-1 and HSV-2). It was shown that Selank may have a prophylactic effect during influenza infection and therapeutic effect during herpes virus infection.
  • PT-141 (aka: Bremelanotide) is a heavily modified synthetic derivative of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It has been tested in clinical trials as a treatment for both male/female hypoactive sexual desire disorder and acute hemorrhage. PT-141 is an agonist for the melanocortin-4 and melanocortin-1 receptors, which is known to produce sexual arousal in the central nervous system and influence sexual behavior Research shows that it promotes sexual arousal and stimulates the immune system.
