• PT-141 (aka: Bremelanotide) is a heavily modified synthetic derivative of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It has been tested in clinical trials as a treatment for both male/female hypoactive sexual desire disorder and acute hemorrhage. PT-141 is an agonist for the melanocortin-4 and melanocortin-1 receptors, which is known to produce sexual arousal in the central nervous system and influence sexual behavior Research shows that it promotes sexual arousal and stimulates the immune system.

• Epithalon (aka: Epitalon/Epithalone) is the synthetic version of the polypeptide Epithalamion, which is naturally produced in the pineal gland. The pineal peptide preparation is secreted in the epithalamium-epiphyseal region of the brain. Its more prominent tasks are to regulate metabolism in the epiphysis, increase the sensitivity of the hypothalamus to its natural hormonal influences, normalize the function of the anterior pituitary, and regulate levels of gonadotropins and melatonin in the body. Epithalamion increases a person’s resistance to emotional stress and acts as an antioxidant.  It is a bio-regulator for the endocrine system, especially for the pineal gland, and has been shown to lengthen telomeres in human cells. The mechanisms in Epithalon are a lot more complex than just activating telomerase. Epithalon acts as a potential modulator of telomerase, the enzyme that maintains and protects the telomere caps at the ends of chromosomes (strands of DNA). Research suggests that Epithalon induces telomere elongation and may fight off the effects of aging as a result. It reduces lipid oxidation and ROS, along with normalizing T cell function. It has been related to normalizing cholesterol, uric acid and prolactin levels. It has shown promise in restoring pancreatic hormone function. Additionally, it restored and normalized melatonin levels in older patients who have lost some pineal function due to aging.

• Semax is a synthetic derivative of adrenocorticotrophic hormone. Research suggests that it may help improve immune function, protect neurons, and improve cardiovascular function. It may also be beneficial in pain control and blood clotting.

Protocol Instructions

Inject 1 syringe Monday – Friday subcutaneously into the abdomen or buttocks in the evening. Injection frequency is 5 days on and 2 days off.
