  • Hexarelin (aka: Examorelin) is a synthetic analog of ghrelin, a gut hormone, and is closely related to GHRP-6. In fact, Hexarelin and GHRP-6 differ from each other only slightly thanks to the attachment of two methyl groups to GHRP-6. Hexarelin has been heavily researched for its positive effects on heart cell survival following ischemia, cardiac fibrosis, cardiac dysfunction, and nutrient deprivation.
  • Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) is a split variant of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) but its sequence differs from the systemic hormone produced by the liver. MGF is expressed by mechanically overloaded muscle and is involved in tissue repair and adaptation. It is expressed as a pulse following muscle damage and is involved in the activation of muscle satellite (stem) cells. These cells donate nuclei to the muscle fibers that are required for repair and for the hypertrophy process. MGF is essential for repair and growth of new cells within the muscle.
  • BPC-157 is a penta-decapeptide composed of 15 amino acids. It is a partial sequence of the body protection compound (BPC) that was discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice. Animal studies have shown it to accelerate the healing of many different wounds, including muscle, tendon, and damaged ligaments. Those who suffer from discomfort due to muscle sprains, tears and damage may benefit from treatment with this peptide. Additionally, BPC-157 has shown to protect organs and aids in the prevention of gastric ulcers. BPC-157 acts systemically in the digestive tract to combat leaky gut, IBS, gastro-intestinal cramps, and Crohn’s disease. This peptide has also been known to exhibit analgesic characteristics. Research has shown its ability to help skin burns heal at a faster rate by increasing blood flow to damaged tissues. This is because BPC-157 significantly accelerates reticulin and collagen formation as well as angiogenesis.
  • Semax is a synthetic derivative of adrenocorticotrophic hormone. Research suggests that it may help improve immune function, protect neurons, and improve cardiovascular function. It may also be beneficial in pain control and blood clotting.
  • GHRP6 is an effective stimulator of natural Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) from the anterior pituitary. GHRP-6 is also a ghrelin/growth hormone receptor agonist and one of a handful of ghrelin analogs developed in the last several decades. It has been found to have positive effects on the heart muscle, memory formation, scar formation, sex motivation and the neurons damaged in Parkinson’s disease.

  • Epithalon (aka: Epitalon/Epithalone) is the synthetic version of the polypeptide Epithalamin, which is naturally produced in the pineal gland. The pineal peptide preparation is secreted in the epithalamium-epiphyseal region of the brain. Its more prominent tasks are to regulate metabolism in the epiphysis, increase the sensitivity of the hypothalamus to its natural hormonal influences, normalize the function of the anterior pituitary, and regulate levels of gonadotropins and melatonin in the body. Epithalamion increases a person’s resistance to emotional stress and acts as an antioxidant.  It is a bio-regulator for the endocrine system, especially for the pineal gland, and has been shown to lengthen telomeres in human cells. The mechanisms in Epithalon are a lot more complex than just activating telomerase. Epithalon acts as a potential modulator of telomerase, the enzyme that maintains and protects the telomere caps at the ends of chromosomes (strands of DNA). Research suggests that Epithalon induces telomere elongation and may fight off the effects of aging as a result. It reduces lipid oxidation and ROS, along with normalizing T cell function. It has been related to normalizing cholesterol, uric acid and prolactin levels. It has shown promise in restoring pancreatic hormone function. Additionally, it restored and normalized melatonin levels in older patients who have lost some pineal function due to aging.
  • Pinealon is a natural bioregulator developed to recover the brain. This peptide contains active amino acids that integrate into the DNA structure of the brain. Once there, the process of restoring protein synthesis inside the cell begins. The use of Pinealon has shown improvement in the following deficits: poor memory, attention difficulties, brain injury, stroke, high stress, chronic fatigue, depression, insomnia, irritability, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. Pinealon has also been used to maintain the functional status of the brain in elderly patients.

  • Thymosin Alpha 1 (Ta1) is a peptide naturally occurring in the thymus that has long been recognized for modifying, enhancing, and restoring immune function. Ta1 helps the body induce host-derived immune effectors that improve various immunomodulatory properties. This leads to augmentation of T lymphocyte function including modulation of interleukin-2 (IL-2), stimulation of interferon-g (IFN-g) production, induction of T lymphocyte and natural killer (NK) cells, and stimulation of thymopoiesis, the process that turns thymocytes into mature T-cells. Ta1 has also been reported to up-regulate MHC Class I expression.Thymosin Alpha 1 has been utilized in the treatment of immunocompromised states and malignancies, as an enhancer of vaccine response, and as a means of curbing morbidity and mortality in sepsis and numerous infections. Studies have postulated that Thymosin Alpha 1 could help improve the outcome in severely ill respiratory virus patients by repairing damage caused by overactivation of lymphocytic immunity.
  • Thymalin is a synthetic version of Thymulin, a hormone involved in regulating inflammation and pain. Research shows that Thymalin may be effective in boosting immune function, fighting heart disease, and regulating sleep-wake cycles. It has also been used in aging research for its ability to reduce all-cause mortality in mouse models and prolong lifespan.
  • TB-500 is a synthetic derivative of Thymosin, a hormone secreted from the thymus. Its primary function is to stimulate the production of T cells, which are an important part of the immune system. Thymosin also assists in the development of B cells to plasma cells, a process that produces antibodies. TB-500 has been found to play an important role in the protection, regeneration, and remodeling of injured or damaged tissues. Thymosin Beta 4, the predominant form of Thymosin, is currently being trialed as a potential therapy for HIV, AIDS, and Influenza. Currently, Thymosin Beta 4 is most often prescribed for acute injury, surgical repair and for senior athletes.
  • Selank is a variant of the immune molecule tuftsin and has potent antiviral properties in addition to its neurological effects. Antiviral characteristics of Selank were evaluated in both in vitro and in vivo against influenza virus strain H3N2, H5N1 and herpes virus (HSV-1 and HSV-2). It was shown that Selank may have a prophylactic effect during influenza infection and therapeutic effect during herpes virus infection.
